‘Textual Embodiment’: Postgraduate Conference at Goldsmiths

Department of English and Comparative Literature at Goldsmiths College will be organising a postgraduate research conference entitled ‘Textual Embodiment: Literature, the Body and Psychoanalysis’. The conference, which will take place on 5 August 2014 at the Richard Hoggart Building, Small Hall Cinema in London, features keynotes by Professor Naomi Segal (Birkbeck, University of London) and Professor Josh Cohen (Goldsmiths, University of London).

Panel and paper proposals from postgraduate students and early career researchers on the relationship between literature and the body, especially in light of psychoanalysis are invited. Deadline for abstracts is 25 June 2014.
